Chi-X Europe has released Chi-Velocity, which allows member brokers to offer their clients enhanced direct market access (DMA) services, including ultra low-latency connectivity and market data, while retaining controls on pre-trade risk management. By eliminating broker concerns about potential client exposures under a sponsored access arrangement, Chi-Velocity aims to open access to member clients that may not be able to otherwise connect.
