StreamBase Appoints Financial Industry Veteran as Director of Product Management
StreamBase Systems, a provider of high-performance complex event processing (CEP) software, has hired Terrence Kim as director of product management. Kim previously ran global product management for the ITG Net division of Investment Technology Group. He has also worked at State Street Corp., WestLB AG, and Wellington Management Company, LLP. Before this, Kim worked with an online FIX company, focusing on the development and streamlining of electronic trading workflow. He started his career trading futures and options contracts.At StreamBase, Kim will be responsible for developing overall product strategy, identifying market requirements and continuing to develop StreamBase’s frameworks for capital markets. Kim will report to Senior Vice President of Engineering Larry Derany.
