Savvis Introduces Proximity Service
Savvis has introduced Savvis Proximity Hosting, providing direct connectivity and low latency network access to five major exchanges and Electronic Communications Networks (ECNs) hosted in a Savvis data center near New York City. The exchanges and ECNs include the American Stock Exchange (Amex), the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX), and BATS Trading. In addition, the service provides connectivity to SFTI Access Points for NYSE and OPRA market data.
